He has a proven track record of delivering effective financial solutions that meet or exceed client expectations. In his current role as a Partner at RGS & CO, Chartered Accountants, Shrikant is responsible for financial advisory to clients, valuation and due diligence, startup advisory and providing insights and recommendations to management. He is highly skilled in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, as well as financial systems and software.

Ramavtar has more than 21 years of experience in business and profession. He is associated with firm since its inception in 2009. His core area of working is to deal with indirect tax matter mainly Maharashtra VAT from supervising routine compliance to handing VAT audit, tax assessment and appeals. Ramavtar is key resource of the firm in new tax regime of GST and instrumental in implementation in Goods and Service Tax (GST) across the clients. His extensive knowledge in indirect tax is key advantage to the firm and client in GST era.

Rakesh is senior advisor of the firm and has more 20 years of experience as Chartered Accountant. He is fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India He has wide experience in areas of statutory audit of firm and companies, direct tax matters. He is nurturing the firm by his enriched experience to provide quality service to clients. His experience helps to RGS Team to serve clients better and provide holistic view of the clients while providing value added services to them.

Bharat is member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and is also Commerce & Law Graduate. He possesses over 8 years of experience in the fields of handling compliances under various Corporate Laws, FEMA & NCLT law etc.

• Professional Experience: Having vast experience of Companies Act, FEMA, Corporate Law regular compliances and consultancy services to various renowned groups & experienced with writing persuasive briefs. Deeply familiar with Due Diligence of the LLP’s, private & Public Companies and Secretarial Audits.
• Areas of Expertise: Bharat is associated with Corporate Consultancy Company since last 7 years and engaged in providing Corporate Secretarial Services and handled various matters including but not limited to Merger, corporate restructuring, preferential issues, XBRL, Due Diligence of LLP’s, private & Public Companies, Secretarial Audits, RoC Search reports of various corporates, NCLT Matters, Shifting registered office outside India etc.
